A bathroom remodeling company for Miami, and nothing else

Our office is at 10800 Biscayne Blvd in Miami (33161), and we work across Miami and Miami-Dade County, from the Upper Eastside and Miami Shores down to Kendall.

Why only bathrooms

A bathroom packs more trades into less space than any other room in a home: plumbing, electrical, ventilation, waterproofing, tile, glass and cabinetry, often in under fifty square feet. Each one depends on the one before it being right. Specialising lets us get that sequence right every time.

It also means we think about the things specific to bathrooms in Miami. The air is humid most of the year. Many homes and towers are concrete. A lot of bathrooms were built in the 1960s to 1990s with shower pans and backer boards that have now reached the end of their life. And near the water, salt air shortens the life of anything metal.

How we work

We explain before we quote

At the first visit you'll hear what we see, what we suspect might be behind the wall, and what your building allows. The quote that follows is itemised so you can compare it properly.

We don't hide the important parts

Waterproofing and ventilation are the least visible parts of a bathroom and the most important. We'll show you the membrane before it's covered and the shower pan holding water during the flood test.

We respect the building

In condos, that means working inside the association's rules and hours, protecting common areas and keeping neighbours informed. In houses, it means protecting the rest of your home and cleaning up every day.

We tell you when you don't need a full remodel

If a new vanity or a rebuilt shower solves the problem, we'll say so.
