Bathroom Remodeling Across Miami & Miami-Dade

We remodel bathrooms in the City of Miami and the surrounding Miami-Dade communities. The climate is the same everywhere, but the buildings are not: a tower bathroom in Aventura and a 1950s house bath in Coconut Grove need different plans.

Our office is at 10800 Biscayne Blvd, Miami, FL 33161, on the Biscayne corridor, so the Upper Eastside, Miami Shores, North Miami, Aventura and the Beach are all close by.

Miami proper

Inside the City of Miami we work in high-rise condos in Brickell, Edgewater and downtown, and in houses and smaller buildings across neighborhoods such as Little Havana, the Upper Eastside, Shenandoah and the areas around them. The mix is wide. A Brickell unit usually means association paperwork, elevator reservations and a bathroom that shares plumbing risers with the floors above and below. A house on the Upper Eastside is more likely to mean old galvanized or cast-iron piping, uneven floors and walls that have been patched more than once.

What stays constant is the climate. Humid air, frequent showers and air conditioning that cycles on and off all work against a bathroom, so every project here gets the same attention to waterproofing behind the tile, properly vented exhaust and materials that don't swell or grow mold.

If you're comparing the scale of different projects before you call, the bathroom remodel cost page explains what drives a quote up or down.

Communities with their own pages

Each of these pages covers the housing, building conditions and practical constraints we see in that area.

  • Miami Beach

Most of the work on the Beach happens inside condominium and co-op buildings, many of them Art Deco or mid-century. Salt air shortens the life of exhaust fans, hinges and chrome trim, and original bathrooms tend to be small. Planning here starts with the building: loading, elevator bookings and what the association allows.

  • Coral Gables

Older single-family houses with plaster walls, arched openings and sometimes original tile worth keeping. Remodels in the Gables usually lean toward design that respects the house, and larger lots leave room to enlarge a primary bathroom rather than just refresh it.

  • Kendall

Suburban houses and townhouses from roughly the 1970s through the 1990s. The typical request is a hall bath shared by kids and a primary bath still wearing its original fiberglass tub and cultured-marble vanity top.

  • Doral

Newer townhomes and mid-rise condos where the bones are sound and the finishes are builder-grade. Owners want to replace alcove tubs with walk-in showers, and rental owners want neutral, hard-wearing upgrades.

  • Aventura

Waterfront towers, association rules and owners who are away part of the year. We plan these projects so decisions can be made remotely, and many include accessibility changes for living in the unit long-term.

  • Coconut Grove

Heavy tree canopy keeps houses shaded and damp, so ventilation and mold-resistant materials matter more than usual. Housing ranges from older cottages to new modern builds and bay-front condos.

Not on the list?

These pages cover areas where we see a lot of demand, but they aren't the only places we go. If you're elsewhere in Miami-Dade, send your ZIP code and a short description of the bathroom and we'll tell you whether it's a fit.

A few things help us plan wherever you are:

  • Whether it's a house, townhouse or condominium, and roughly how old the building is
  • Which bathroom, and what you'd like to change
  • For condos, whether you already have the association's alteration or renovation rules
